Zero Torsion Sub-Frames & Components

All sub-frames come with side brackets, center pivoting crossmembers, and hardware.
*Sets of side brackets and individual pivoting crossmembers can be purchased separately.
3-point Zero Torsion sub-frame

A 3-point subframe consists of two side pivot brackets, normally mounted towards the front) and one crossmember pivot, normally mounted in the rear. The support frame weldment, which is bead blasted, hot dip galvanized, then twice powder coated for maximum corrosion resistance, with stainless steel hardware, are also included. A 3 / 4-point subframe has the same set up as the 3-point, but includes a extra crossmember pivot, doubling up crossmember pivots on the rear of the weldment frame.

NOTE: The 3 / 4-point hybrid subframe system is designed to accommodate large departure angle and rectangle habitats that designed for a pass through installation.
NOTE: A 3-point subframe is advantageous if you desire a cab to habitat pass through.
NOTE: All our subframes are compatible with all our Access Stairs systems.

4 & 5-point Zero Torsion sub-frame

A 4-point subframe consists of two side pivot brackets, normally mounted in the middle) and two crossmember pivots, normally mounted in the front and rear. The support frame weldment, which is bead blasted, hot dip galvanized, then twice powder coated for maximum corrosion resistance, with stainless steel hardware, are also included. A 5-point subframe includes one extra crossmember pivot which is mounted in the rear next to the rear most crossmember pivot of the 4-point system.

NOTE: You can attach camper jacks to the mounts and lift your habitat off at your basecamp to roam unencumbered by height and weight. Brackets are made for both rectangle and departure angle habitats.
NOTE: The ISO sub-frame, named after the shipping container corner locking mechanisms (ISO 1161), turns your Overland Expedition camper into a daily driver with a Zero Torsion flatbed.
NOTE: A 4-point subframe is advantageous for additional support point loading, and is required for sub-frame length greater than 14'.

SHIPPING: All our products are offered as "will call" FOB Portland, OR. -but we can help you find a shipper that can give you quotes.
"Will-Call" means the products are intended to be picked up at our location and may not be packaged completely that will avoid damage by rough handling during shipment. This is why we strongly recommend that if you are having the products shipped, that you request a dedicated shipping service, on a deck-over or flatbed trailer, and that the load will be tarped. A "dedicated shipping service" means the truck picks up at our location, and drops off at your location. Do not accept a local pick up to a distribution center for transport. If only ordering subframe pivots, those will be shipped after being wrapped and normally have not problems in transits.
