Our rectangular habitat kit comes with patent pending thermal break extrusion frame and PIR composite panels, plus all the rest of the bells and whistles including a 45 degree approach angle 24 inches from the rear.

BRUSH GUARDS
Integrated Box Protection

Designed to mount to our thermal break aluminum extrusion, this corrosion resistant and UV safe brush guard protects the habitat and is easily serviceable if you damage a section. The Brush Guard also acts as a truss system to further increase the habitat rigidity.
ZERO TORSION SUBFRAME
3 or 4+ Point Modular Sub-Frame

Our sub-frame kit is a true zero torsion sub-frame that also connects the habitat to the truck frame. We engineered side brackets & a pivoting crossmember that allows the habitat to "float" above the truck frame, independent of frame twist variance. An additional pivoting crossmember converts the 3pt into a 4pt assembly. Additional pivoting crossmembers support extra long sub-frames beyond 18 feet.

Solar Mount Solutions for all Panels

Utilizing the same brush guard anodized aluminum extrusion, we designed brackets for mounting your PV solar panels in a variety of configurations. These mounts allow low profile mounting of the solar panels that clear the roof but are lower than the brush guards.
For our F550, 5500, and other like vehicles.

APPROACH ANGLE EXTRUSION

New Addition

We are offering this as an individual component to compliment other panel assemblies and DIY kits. An easy solution to the miter cut or splice cut for your composite panel. This aluminum extrusion assembly is designed for 1.5" to 3" wide panels and utilizes a thermal break to reduce heat transfer and promote insulation.

We are offering a wheel well option designed for your box and truck. This will require some engineering, and with your input will allow our fabrication team the capability to cut your aluminum extrusion frame to your application. Our wheel well also utilizes the same composite panels and thermal-break extrusion. This is for the more experienced DIY.

STEP WELL OR TRANSMISSION CLEARANCE HUMP

Soon we will have completed designs for both the step well or transmission clearance hump. Due to frame modifications, this will be a custom order requirement, and we will work with you to define this specification. This will extend your lead time and ship date, as we will need to engineer the solution for the fabrication team.
